Shipping
We offer nationwide FREE SHIPPING on our products, we will decide the best way to ship the furniture to you based on size, weight, and delivery restrictions. Small packages will typically ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Larger items will ship via truck and include back of truck, curbside, or dock delivery. If required, we will arrange for inside delivery for an additional charge.
*Alaska and Hawaii Shipments - please call before placing your order. Also, we will contact you on non-commercial and residential shipments to see if additional services may be required.
Delivery Time
Delivery occurs within 5-10 business days for in-stock products. In the event an item is out of stock we will give you the option to partial ship the order. Special orders will require 4-6 weeks for production prior to shipment.
Damages and Returns
We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you need to return your order, contact our customer care department within one week of receipt to review your options. All returned products must be in new condition and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns without required authorization. Unauthorized returns will be non-refundable. Depending on circumstances, outbound and return freight charges, as well as a restocking charge, may apply.
In the event damage is apparent at delivery, it is imperative you contact customer service immediately. We are experts at resolving damage situations provided we are notified on a timely basis. Proper notation of damage ( “carton crushed”,” box torn”, etc. will suffice) on the delivery receipt will ensure our ability to replace your purchase. Carrier regulations require notification within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise.
